Rosa was born in Barcelona, Spain and has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She then started her competitive career at age 8. At the age of 13, she specialised in Dance-sport Latin, becoming junior world champion at age 15.

Rosa is also a 9 time Spanish champion, World and European finalist in Youth and Adult category. Grand Slam finalist and World and European Cup champion claiming Top 6 in the world dance-sport latin ranking.

During her competitive career Rosa also worked as a dance teacher around the world also. She is now the owner and director of www.Rccvirtual.com her online Latin Dance school. 

Rosa has also appeared on Spanish TV programs such as “Dancing with the Stars” Spain 2018, and “the Dancer” 2021 where she was a finalist.

Rosa has dedicated her life to competitive dance but in 2021 she has decided to end her dance-sport career and open a new door, Theatre.

Rosa craves to explore dance in a creative, artistic, collaborative way to entertain audiences across the world and Burn The Floor will allow this passion to be bought to the forefront.

Rosa thanks her family for years of unconditional love and support. She is excited for this next chapter where she looks to follow her favourite quote by the Spanish painter Pablo Picasso: “learn the rules like a professional, so you can break them like an artist”.
