Born in Rome, Italy, Carlo started dancing at the age of 11. Carlo is a two time Italian Latin American Champion, and has represented Italy throughout the world in dance. A finalist in many National and International Championships including the UK Rising Star and Blackpool Dance Festival. 

Carlo has also worked as a photo model and appeared on "Baila" The Italian TV broadcast demonstrating Latin Dance on the SKY TV Network. Carlo also recently had the opportunity to choreograph for the ‘2023 World Choreography Championships’ together with his wife and partner Jlenia. 

Carlo has been dancing with Burn the Floor since 2015. He became Dance Captain in 2016 and has loved his experiences in this position onboard Norwegian Cruise Lines. Carlo was also part of the Burn the Floor Dubai touring cast in 2022.
