Grace hails from the UK and brings with her a wide range of dance experience. She has performed in shows specialising in Ballet, Commercial and Contemporary and with this, she comes with a love of the requirements needed to maintain these techniques. Grace will help you to tone, strengthen and define your physique with a series of dance based exercises, completely tailored to your personal goals. We will work on flexibilty, posture and strength and use this time to connect with our own bodies, leaving this session feeling stronger and leaner every time.
